SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and and additional 2-5 days for your order to ship. All packages come via USPS and are shipped Monday - Friday.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has been marked delivered but you have not received your package, please reach out the United States Postal Service for further information regarding your order (1-800-275-8777).

If your order has been returned due to providing the incorrect address, you will be charged a reshipping fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, MoniqueMinor does not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our personal items, we cannot resell personal items that have not remained in our care.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and include photos or video within five (5) days and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you.
